ELYRIA — In Lorain County, the rain has caused the Black River to rise above flood stage.
Channel 3 was out at the East Falls River Walk in Elyria and watched the Black Rivers’ waters rush by.
The rising water is was not a threat to area homes.
The National Weather expects the water levels to stay steady before receding over the next couple days.
