CLEVELAND — You know there’s a big event in town when you see signs like this: parking just outside Quicken Loans Arena priced at $50! That’s before you’ve even had any fun.

But that hasn’t stopped the many people who have come from out of town to enjoy Cleveland before the big game.

We found fans from each of the four schools — University of Kentucky, University of Notre Dame, West Virginia University, and Wichita State University — in town for the NCAA tourney event.

Many of them have already taken in some of the popular landmarks, including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

But most of the fans are braving the snowfall, enjoying a walk around town with the bulk of them visiting restaurants and shops along East 4th Street.
