CLEVELAND — In a press conference this morning, Cleveland Police Lt. Ali Pillow announced that a second man was charged in the drive-by shooting killing of Ramon D. Burnett, 5, on Friday
Pillow said that both Dontavious Williams, 18, and Marlon Antwan Hackett Jr.,19, have been charged.
Hackett was in the car that drove down Louise Harris Drive and Williams, police say, was his intended target.
Police say the 5-year-old was tossing a football around outside in the area of 2300 Louise Harris Drive late Friday afternoon.
